From my perspective, expanding the area available for construction is a critical step toward making housing more affordable. By increasing the supply of land, we can facilitate the building of more homes, which could help in moderating the inflated property prices. This approach also necessitates thoughtful urban planning to ensure that we’re creating communities with the necessary infrastructure and services, not just houses.
