I think that you would agree that AI seems posed to become a very powerful force in the near future. Perhaps even strategically dominant in a military sense within five years. Does it seem likely that world-powers like Russia and China and the USA will agree to set aside the potential power of having armed agents controlled by such AI, and then honestly follow through on the agreement?
