I believe a canal from Oregon to California is a practical solution to address water shortages in the Central Valley. It would provide much-needed water resources to our agriculture sector, ensuring food security and economic stability for the region. While this project requires careful consideration of environmental impacts and costs, it is imperative that we explore innovative solutions to combat drought and climate change.
