I strongly agree that Spanish regulators should create SPVs for easier investments in startups by business angels. Streamlining the investment process with SPVs would significantly reduce the administrative burden and lower the barriers to entry for potential investors. This would not only foster greater investment in the Spanish startup ecosystem but also attract more international capital, driving innovation and economic growth.
