As an investor, I believe that creating SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) for business angels could significantly streamline the investment process in Spain. It would not only make it easier to pool resources and diversify investments, but also reduce individual risk and mitigate administrative burdens. By doing this, we can foster a more vibrant startup ecosystem and encourage more investments in innovative ventures.
