In my view, allowing Spanish companies to defer taxes purely based on their VAT refund status undermines the integrity of the tax system. While it's important to ensure that businesses have a healthy cash flow, tax obligations should remain consistent and predictable. We should tackle refund process inefficiencies directly rather than creating exceptions that could lead to tax compliance complexity.
