As Director-General for Trade, I strongly believe in the importance of facilitating cross-border business within the EU. Introducing an EU-wide incorporation form would greatly simplify the process of starting pan-European businesses, helping to foster economic growth and integration across member states. It would remove bureaucratic barriers, making it easier for entrepreneurs to innovate and expand throughout the EU.
