I believe our democratic institutions need reform to better combat the rising tide of misinformation and political violence. The structures we have in place were not designed to handle the rapid spread of misinformation accelerated by digital platforms, nor the increasing polarization and anger we're witnessing. Strengthening these institutions is crucial to maintaining a healthy democracy.
