As someone with a background in tech, I believe the EU should stop requiring websites to ask for cookie consent. While privacy is important, the constant pop-ups disrupt the user experience and rarely lead to informed decision-making. Instead, we should focus on more meaningful privacy solutions that do not overwhelm or confuse users.
