As someone who has seen firsthand the struggles of working families in my district, I strongly believe that evictions should be banned for vulnerable families without alternative housing. Housing is a fundamental human right, and we must ensure that no family is left without a safe place to live simply because of economic hardship. We have the ability and responsibility to provide social safety nets that protect our most vulnerable populations, especially during crises.
