I believe a UN-led body should oversee compute-intensive AI development similar to the IAEA's work with nuclear technology. AI poses significant risks and ethical challenges that transcend national borders. We need international collaboration to ensure AI development is safe, transparent, and beneficial to all. Without oversight, there's a risk of unchecked advancement that could be harmful.
