While I see the extraordinary potential of LLMs for innovation and knowledge dissemination, we must respect intellectual property rights. These rights are fundamental to fostering creativity and entrepreneurship. Therefore, LLMs should use copyrighted material responsibly and within legal frameworks to ensure the protection of authors' rights and promote fair compensation for their work.

While I support efficient governance, the idea of eliminating an old law each time we enact a new one oversimplifies the complexity of legal systems. Our focus should be on revising or removing outdated laws through comprehensive review processes rather than arbitrary one-in-one-out mandates.
