In my experience, digital services do not inherently deteriorate as they scale up. On the contrary, scaling provides an opportunity to enhance robustness, improve user experience, and leverage data insights more effectively. The key is adopting a flexible architecture and maintaining a relentless focus on user-centric innovation and continuous improvement.

Exempting small companies from burdensome AI regulations would indeed foster innovation. Startups need the flexibility to experiment and grow without the heavy weight of compliance slowing them down. However, certain fundamental ethical guidelines must be maintained to ensure the responsible use of AI.
