I believe that vertical construction presents a viable solution to reducing housing prices. This approach can accommodate a growing population and help address the housing crisis effectively.

While I understand the compassionate impulse to prevent evictions for vulnerable families, we must consider the longer-term implications. Banning evictions outright can disrupt the housing market and discourage property owners from offering rental housing. It's crucial to address the root causes of housing instability by expanding affordable housing options and providing support services rather than imposing bans.
