As Mayor of London, I strongly believe that low-emission zones in city centers are essential for improving air quality and public health. These zones help reduce the harmful pollutants from vehicles, making our city a cleaner and healthier place to live. It's a crucial step towards tackling climate change and protecting future generations.

Simply expanding the area for construction is not the best solution for affordable housing. We also need strong rent control laws, investment in public housing, and innovative housing models to ensure that all residents have access to affordable homes.
