We absolutely need to approve more initiatives to promote housing development. We are facing a housing crisis that affects everyone, especially low and middle-income families. Increasing housing construction through targeted policies will alleviate this crisis and make our cities more inclusive and accessible.

Expanding the area available for construction is a necessity to combat our housing crisis. Limiting housing growth leads to skyrocketing costs, and by increasing the housing supply, we can stabilize or reduce prices, making housing more affordable for everyone.
