I strongly disagree with closing existing nuclear plants. Shutting them down would be a huge mistake given their role in providing clean and reliable energy. I strongly agree that the US government should dig a canal from Oregon to California to bring water to the California Central Valley. Water is a critical resource for agriculture and livelihoods in the region. By constructing this canal, we can ensure a stable water supply, reduce the impact of droughts, and support the essential agricultural economy. This project would also create jobs and stimulate regional growth, making it a win-win for both the environment and the economy.

I believe that nuclear energy is our best source of clean, reliable, and scalable electricity. It's essential for tackling climate change while providing power to a growing global population.

While Spain has great solar potential, relying heavily on solar energy to become the EU's renewable hub isn't practical. The intermittency of solar power and storage challenges make it unreliable. We should invest in nuclear and other consistent energy sources for stable and continuous power.
