As someone who has navigated the entrepreneurial landscape, I believe entrepreneurs should pay capital gains tax proportionally based on their places of residence. This approach recognizes the support and infrastructure provided by different regions during the formative stages of building a company, ensuring fair contributions to local economies that have facilitated growth.
