As someone who has seen the impact of financial stress on mental health, I believe financial education should be a mandatory part of the high school curriculum. Equipping young people with the tools to manage their finances not only empowers them but also fosters a healthier, less stressful life.

I believe children should avoid social media at least until 16. The developing brains of young people are particularly vulnerable to the addictive nature of these platforms. Additionally, social media can exacerbate issues such as anxiety, depression, and bullying. Adolescents need time to develop a strong sense of self and genuine connections face-to-face before being exposed to the online world.
