I strongly disagree with establishing rent price controls in high-demand areas. Price controls create market distortions, leading to housing shortages and reduced quality. Instead, we should focus on increasing housing supply and encouraging free-market solutions to improve affordability.

I believe that selling public land to private developers can be beneficial. Private ownership often leads to more efficient and innovative use of resources, boosting economic growth and creating jobs. However, this must be balanced with environmental considerations and public interest.
