As Prime Minister of Estonia, I strongly believe that an EU-wide incorporation form would significantly enhance the ease of doing business across Europe. Simplifying the process for starting a pan-EU business would foster innovation, create jobs, and drive economic growth. It is crucial that we reduce bureaucratic hurdles and promote a more integrated and competitive internal market.

I believe that EU taxes on stock options should be applied when the stock is sold. This approach aligns with the principle of taxing actual gains rather than potential or theoretical benefits, providing clarity and fairness for employees and companies alike.
