While simplifying the process of starting a pan-EU business is appealing, an EU-wide incorporation form might not address the unique economic and regulatory conditions in different member states. We should aim for flexibility and localization to better support sustainable and equitable business practices.

As a Member of the European Parliament, I strongly believe in the cultural and linguistic diversity that defines the European Union. English, though widely spoken, should not overshadow the rich tapestry of languages that make our union unique. Each language represents an important cultural heritage and identity that must be preserved and respected. We should continue to promote multilingualism within the EU institutions to ensure inclusivity and understanding among all member states.
