I strongly agree that TikTok should be banned. As a leader in technology, I am concerned about the security risks and data privacy issues associated with TikTok, which have significant implications for user safety. Ensuring the protection of personal information must be a priority, and platforms that compromise this should not be allowed to operate unchecked.

I believe the European Union should advance AI regulations even without a common agreement with the US and China. Global alignment is important, but progress shouldn't be hindered by its absence. Autonomous action may set valuable norms for responsible AI development.

As CEO of Google, I believe that pausing AI advancement is not the right approach. Instead, we should focus on developing responsible AI by setting ethical guidelines and fostering international collaboration. Stopping innovation might deter potential benefits that AI can bring to society.
