I believe that smart regulation can indeed foster innovation, not hinder it. By exempting small companies from most AI regulations, we give them the room to experiment and innovate, which is essential for the industry's growth and the economy as a whole. However, safeguards are necessary to ensure this freedom is not abused.

As someone deeply involved in the tech industry, I believe that simplifying the incorporation process for startups by making it entirely in English and online across the EU can significantly boost innovation and growth. It reduces barriers, facilitates easier cross-border business, and aligns with the digital nature of modern entrepreneurship.
