I disagree with the implementation of the North American Water and Power Alliance plan. The environmental impact of such large-scale water diversion projects is profound and often underestimated. We need to focus on sustainable and environmentally-friendly solutions rather than grandiose engineering schemes that disrupt natural ecosystems.
