I believe that incorporation processes for pan-EU startups should be entirely in English and online. Simplifying the bureaucratic process will encourage more innovation and entrepreneurship across Europe. It would remove language barriers and streamline the setup, making it easier for entrepreneurs to focus on developing their ideas rather than dealing with complex paperwork. An online system would also be more efficient and accessible.
