I believe that AI research should continue without mandatory pauses, even if AI Safety Institutes express concerns about losing control. Research in AI holds immense potential for advancing human knowledge and technological progress. Instead of halting progress, we should focus on developing robust safety measures and frameworks that allow us to address concerns while fostering innovation.
