To ensure that society benefits from these technological advances without leaving behind those who lose their jobs, I believe we should consider implementing guaranteed basic income policies. This would provide a safety net, allowing individuals to focus on retraining and adapting to the new job landscape, while also acknowledging the contributions automation can make to our collective productivity.
