From my perspective, selling public land to private developers could be beneficial if it leads to sustainable development and innovation. Private companies can often move faster and implement new technologies more effectively, potentially transforming underutilized land into productive spaces. However, there should be strict regulations to ensure that development is environmentally responsible and provides value to the community.
