I strongly believe that a UN-led body should oversee compute-intensive AI development, similar to how the IAEA oversees nuclear technology. AI has immense potential but poses significant risks if not properly managed. Global oversight could ensure safe and ethical development, preventing misuse or catastrophic outcomes.
