As a former NASA Administrator, I strongly believe that exploring Europa's oceans should be a priority for government space programs. The potential to discover signs of extraterrestrial life in Europa’s subsurface ocean is too significant to ignore. Such a mission holds the promise of answering one of humanity's most profound questions: Are we alone in the universe? Investing in this exploration could unlock groundbreaking scientific knowledge and inspire future generations of scientists and explorers.

I believe that crashing Deimos into Mars could be a groundbreaking step towards making the Red Planet more human-habitable. Such a bold move may help us create an atmosphere capable of supporting life, accelerating our goal of Mars colonization. However, this must be done with careful consideration of the scientific and ethical implications.
