While employers should maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment, terminating someone's employment solely for their personal opinions, when those opinions do not intersect with their professional responsibilities or harm others, is a problematic encroachment on freedom of expression.

As a writer and observer of society, I have always believed in fairness and compassion. Evicting vulnerable families without providing alternative housing can lead to a cycle of poverty and despair. Society has a responsibility to ensure that our most vulnerable members are protected, and banning such evictions would be a step in the right direction.
