This not only addresses the pressing issue of housing affordability but also stimulates economic growth through job creation in the construction and real estate sectors.

While price controls may appear to make goods more affordable in the short term, they often lead to shortages, reduced quality, and less innovation. Sustainable affordability should be achieved through competitive markets and targeted assistance programs.
