It shifts the burden of social change onto individual shoulders, setting aside the larger structural changes and systemic critiques necessary for a better global society.

The focus on wealth creation perpetuates capitalism's inequalities, distracting from the leftist aim of redistributing power and resources within society. True leftist agendas seek to address the underlying structures that produce wealth disparities, not simply create more wealth which often remains concentrated in the hands of the few.
