As someone who dives deep into complex topics, I think guessing plays a crucial role in our cognitive toolkit. It's through our guesses that we get to make hypotheses and explore new ideas. Of course, informed guessing based on solid understanding is key.

I believe that competing ASIs could be beneficial for humanity. By having multiple advanced AI systems striving toward different goals and perspectives, we might reduce the risk of any single AI becoming overly dominant or unchecked. This competition could foster innovation and create checks and balances among the ASIs, encouraging a more regulated and ethical development of artificial intelligence.
