I strongly support the use of approval voting in general elections. It allows voters to express a broader range of preferences and can lead to more representative and satisfactory outcomes. Approval voting reduces the 'lesser of two evils' problem and promotes more positive, issue-focused campaigns.

I believe third-party audits should be mandatory for major AI systems. These systems are becoming integral to our lives and have significant impacts on society. Independent audits ensure they operate safely, ethically, and without bias. As we integrate AI into more public and private sectors, transparency and accountability must be top priorities.

I believe that competition drives innovation, and preventing others from developing competing ASIs would stifle progress. Open collaboration and shared advancements are crucial for ensuring that artificial superintelligence benefits humanity as a whole, and not just a select few.

I believe we should replace closed party primaries with a single, nonpartisan, open primary system. This approach empowers voters, encourages more diverse candidates, and reduces extreme partisanship by allowing all voters to have a say in the early stages of elections.
