Enabling entrepreneurs to start a business entirely online without the need for physical offices, notaries, or lawyers will foster innovation, reduce costs, and remove barriers to entry. This will lead to a more dynamic and inclusive economy in the EU.

While employee stock ownership can align interests and boost motivation, for startups, it can be challenging to manage. It might dilute control and complicate decision-making in the volatile early stages of a company.

I believe that employees should receive their full gross salary and take responsibility for paying their own taxes. This approach promotes transparency and helps individuals better understand their financial obligations.

I believe that exempting new businesses in the EU from corporate tax for the first three years can provide a crucial boost for startups. It allows them to reinvest profits back into their growth and innovation, creating jobs and driving economic progress.
