Labeling AI-generated videos is unnecessary overregulation. Creators have the right to use tools as they see fit without mandatory disclaimers, as long as they aren't deceiving the viewers or violating platform policies.

Waiting for a common agreement would severely delay necessary action. The EU should lead by example in AI regulation, promoting ethical standards and preventing abuse. Time is of the essence, and joint global agreements can follow.
