It's a moral obligation and practical necessity for wealthier nations to act first, setting an example and providing support for low- and middle-income countries in their climate efforts.

I believe that cloud geoengineering poses significant risks and uncertainties. While it may offer short-term benefits, it fails to address the root causes of climate change and could lead to unintended and potentially harmful consequences. We should focus on reducing carbon emissions through sustainable practices and renewable energy instead.

I believe that governments should subsidize carbon sequestration via widespread agricultural biochar use. Biochar is a promising method for capturing and storing carbon while simultaneously improving soil health. This dual benefit can significantly contribute to our climate mitigation efforts and enhance agricultural productivity.
