I disagree with the idea of digging a canal from Oregon to California to bring water to the Central Valley. Such a project could have significant environmental impacts, disrupt ecosystems, and may not be a sustainable solution for California's water needs. We should focus on improving water conservation, investing in sustainable agricultural practices, and exploring alternative water sources like desalination and recycling.
