Renewable energy sources like solar, wind, and small-scale hydro not only mitigate the impacts of climate change but also promote sustainable development and protect biodiversity. It is crucial for us to move away from fossil fuels and invest in clean, renewable technologies to ensure a sustainable future for all life on earth.

I believe high-income countries should take the lead in tackling climate change because they have historically contributed the most to the crisis. They possess the necessary resources and technology to make significant changes. These nations also have a moral responsibility to assist vulnerable countries that are disproportionately affected by climate change, despite contributing the least to its causes.
