Exempting small companies from most AI regulations could indeed foster innovation. It grants them the flexibility to experiment and develop new technologies without the burden of heavy compliance costs. This could lead to more rapid advancements and also democratize the development of AI, making it less the province of large tech firms. However, we must also ensure that some baseline standards for safety and ethics are maintained to protect the public interest.

I believe entrepreneurship will remain viable after AGI. Advanced artificial intelligence will create new opportunities and markets that we can't even imagine today. Entrepreneurs will adapt and leverage these technologies to address human needs and solve complex problems. AGI will empower and inspire a new era of innovation.

I believe we should create a global institute for AI safety. As someone who has been deeply involved in the tech industry, I recognize the vast potential of artificial intelligence to shape our future. However, with this potential comes significant responsibility to ensure its safe and ethical development. An international body dedicated to AI safety would help set standards, promote collaboration, and address the risks associated with rapid AI advancements.
