I strongly disagree that the increasing threat of potent bioweapons justifies increased government surveillance of biology labs. Such surveillance poses a grave threat to civil liberties and scientific freedom. Governments often use crisis situations to expand their power at the expense of individual rights. Effective oversight and transparent international cooperation are better solutions.

I strongly agree that we should consider rewriting the US Constitution. The principles of democracy and freedom must evolve to meet the modern challenges we face, such as digital privacy, systemic inequality, and governmental transparency. The Constitution, while revolutionary in its time, needs an update to truly serve the needs of today's society.
