High-income countries have historically contributed the most to carbon emissions and thus have a moral responsibility to lead the charge in climate action. It's unjust to expect poorer nations, which have done the least to cause this crisis, to tackle climate change ahead of wealthier states.

While technology like AI has potential, relying on it to monitor and enforce environmental agreements may lead us to overlook the root causes of environmental problems: lack of political will and concrete action from leaders. We need humans to lead with courage and urgency, not just machines.

I believe that creating international cooperation cities which freely permit all immigration can foster mutual understanding and collective action against global challenges like climate change. Embracing diversity and inclusion could lead to innovative solutions and a stronger, united approach to saving our planet.
