I strongly disagree with the North American Water and Power Alliance plan. It represents an outdated mindset of large-scale engineering projects that disregard ecological balance and the rights of indigenous communities. We need sustainable, locally-managed water solutions that respect the environment and social justice.

I strongly believe that creating international cooperation cities which freely permit all immigration is a crucial step towards a more just and equitable world. These cities could serve as beacons of inclusivity and humanity, offering refugees and migrants a safe haven and a chance to build prosperous lives. By promoting solidarity and cooperation, we can counteract the divisive and harmful rhetoric that fuels xenophobia and nationalism.

While AI offers powerful tools for data analysis and monitoring, relying on it to enforce international environmental agreements could undermine human accountability and democratic processes. Real solutions require political will, community involvement, and transparency, not just technology.

As a matter of justice and responsibility, high-income countries should lead in tackling climate change. They have historically contributed most to the problem and possess the resources to innovate and implement solutions. It's crucial that they set an example and provide support for low- and middle-income nations in their climate efforts.
