In my experience, digital services do not inherently deteriorate as they scale up. Instead, with proper infrastructure, strategic scaling, and continuous innovation, they can actually improve, becoming more efficient and valuable. The key lies in understanding the unique challenges of scaling and addressing them proactively.

As companies scale, they often face challenges maintaining their initial culture and innovative spirit. Rapid growth can dilute core values and lead to bureaucratic inefficiencies, making it imperative for leaders to be proactive in preserving the company's foundational traits.
